Nice idea. The HPC jalapeño muffin is essentially a corn muffin (cornbread with an extra egg, so it’s not as crumbly) with some pickled peppers and a bit of their juice mixed in. We’ll put it on our to-do list.
Did the HPC have Butternut Brownie Pie, a staple in the Luby’s/4Romana cafeterias in Houston?
